Our crusade is to simply support people with instructional solutions, while fostering relationships.

Current Initiative:
Empowering Black Entrepreneurs
At Learnstruction, we believe proper education for the Black entrepreneur is key.
However, general information & education is not enough. Our goal is to help black entrepreneurs reach their bottom-line goals, while building the black entrepreneurial community. Ultimately, we desire to help close the racial wealth gap through the launch and scale of black businesses. One major key in achieving this goal is providing education for the black entrepreneur that is pertinent and relevant to their experience. We believe the first step is understanding our history.
When developing courses, the "success-case method" is often used because it leverages what has worked well for others in the past. Success leaves clues. If we as entrepreneurs had evidence of just how many historical wins those before us had, those wins would empower, encourage, and help entrepreneurs realize we have more of a blueprint than we are often led to believe.
Information and education presented to help black business owners does not currently take into consideration the learner and their lived experience. Those two factors impact the application of education and information, which affect outcomes for business owners.
Curriculum Development
The History of Black Entrepreneurial Success and Social Responsibility
The curriculum will provide two separate tracks to participants:
A start-up or launch track for those beginning their entrepreneurial journey or starting a new venture, and
A scale track for those looking to expand their business strategically.
Each track will include course material and lessons related to the History of Black Entrepreneurs and Social Responsibility. The History of Black Entrepreneurs will provide stories and examples of the paths taken by generations past and present to empower and educate on the number of black entrepreneurs and their successes. The Social Responsibility material covers the need and obligation to continue to disseminate this vital information to one's community and how it can provide transformative effects
