We support economic development organizations, cities, communities, and governments - helping them to holistically and responsibly educate and resource learners producing measurable outcomes.
Current Initiative
At Learnstruction we believe proper education for the black entrepreneur is key. However, general information & education is not enough. Our goal is to help black entrepreneurs reach their bottom-line goals, while building the black entrepreneurial community. Ultimately, we desire to close the racial wealth gap through the launch and scale of black businesses.

Analysis
Learner Analysis
Collect audience data in order to develop
Learner Profiles that inform the instructional strategy.
Instructional Goal Analysis
Determine what skills are needed to be learned and their sequence.
Instructional Strategy
Develop measurable objectives and assessment items while determining the most appropriate mechanisms for instructional delivery.
Instructional Materials
Select and develop instructional materials alongside feedback mechanisms that measure instructional effectiveness.
Launch the instructional unit, and evaluate both it and learner change.
